Keynote Speaker Virtual Event: Communications After COVID – What Every Leader Must Consider – D. Mark Schumann

For business, this unprecedented time fuels new expectations of what people expect to hear, read and experience from their leaders. No longer can a formal town hall or occasional email satisfy what stakeholders need inside or outside an organization. Today, before making the commitment to follow, people want to see who leaders are and how leaders care. Join Mark for a practical look at the informal and formal skills every leader needs for every moment, especially right now.

Mark will focus on key communication skills, attributes, and “sensibilities” needed for leaders to succeed and will show how COVID has made the need for these qualities even stronger.

  • What critical skills do leaders need to excel?
  • How are you building your leaders virtually?
  • What communication keeps your team engaged in a virtual environment
  • What skills can you bring back into the live-work environment?
